[SOLVED] Archlinux is very very laggy

After installing arch and im in the graphical desktop thing, moving my mouse cursor was really jittery and low fps, and same with everything else i do it is really laggy.

Opening System Monitor to see what was happening, I see that GPU is at 0% which means it is not being used?? And my CPU is also jumping from 30% to 90% all the time and Background Services is taking up all the cpu, like 70%

Im using a NVIDIA geforce rtx 3050 on a laptop
