Request to upgrade librime to 1.14.0

Hello folks,

The latest librime release, version 1.14.0, fixes an issue that broke CJK input method Caps Lock switching. This issue also affected the behavior of some GTK apps regarding Caps Lock state. I’m requesting that Arch Linux update librime to the latest 1.14.0 release.

An issue to update the package has been created at https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/ … e/-/issues .

It was created by the new bumpbuddy tool but hasn't been assigned to someone yet.

There is  a (small) chance a dev will see this message and act, but if you want to increase the chance of devs noticing this issue :
Try sending a message to archlinux general ML
