The point about powertop is to check what's actually eating away your battery (the most) so you can target that.
It's rarely ethernet and if you're not using the GPU it ideally shuts down (for the most part or entirely, see https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PRIME# … Management ) - but there seems no driver loaded at all?
The wifi may draw 1W
my connection is even slower with 2.4GHz

Can you test an alternative AP (eg. your phone in hotspot mode)?
