Taskbar covering content on the bottom of windows, KDE Plasma [SOLVED]

The taskbar will display on top of the bottom of all of my windows and hide content.
For example, half of the Discord message box is covered.
I have the panel set to always visible, but I have tried the other options (auto hide), and they don't appear to do anything.
The only workaround I have is to not maximize any of my windows and instead manually resize them to be just small enough not to be covered.
This issue has existed for as long as I can remember, ever since I installed Arch Linux on my Framework Laptop 16.
Please let me know if you require additional information to assist in diagnosing the issue.

I fixed it by reinstalling Arch Linux.
