printer problem - Waiting for job to complete

I installed CUPS service to connect my printer to linux. Everything seems fine until I send tasks to it.
It prints the documents fine
but when it finishes the first one, it says that it's waiting for job to complete(but it has already finished it!..)
because of that there is a huge delay between the tasks
I tried to put waitjob=false&waitprinter=false parameters but they didn't help me at all
here is the connection URI:
