Can't Connect to Bluetooth Headset After Reboot -- Now Autodisconnects

I was able to connect to my Bluetooth headset and successfully use it for audio input and output before a reboot. Now, when I attempt to connect via bluetoothctl I get this:

```
❯ bluetoothctl
I see "Hands-Free Voice gateway"... but I don't know how to resolve this issue. Any help is appreciated I am fairly new to Arch I just switched from Mint.
Re: Can't Connect to Bluetooth Headset After Reboot -- Now Autodisconnects
I had the same problem "br-connection-key-missing" and removing the device with bluetoothctl and re-pairing solved the issue
