Wifi Network Interface not shown anymore [SOLVED]

I am currently unable to use my laptops Wifi.
It was working well up until a few days ago, possibly falling together with an update of linux-firmware?

The device does not show up anymore in:

• ip link/ip a

• /sys/class/net

• iwctl device list

The Card is officially supported by iwlwifi, and lspci shows:

however, dmesg | grep iwlwifi shows:

journalctl shows the exact same.

I have tried a reinstall of Linux-Firmware, as well as a rollback to the last working version, both did not change the situation.

Is there another possible cause for this?

Could you try switching to linux-lts?

Ah thanks for the pointer loqs! I had already forgotten about the other thread even though I subscribed to it

Could you try switching to linux-lts?

This actually did the trick.

What could be the cause of this, so i can switch back to other kernels later?
