So.
I'm a quite a big Bash scripting fan along with Python and somewhere in the past I got a "fine" idea to do a Kali style multiline PS. Now I noticed similarly in Ghostty and Konsole that if I scroll mouse up enough, it automatically sets the horrendous multiline-ps and then accepts no commands until ctrl-c.
I guess there's a ";" or " ' " or " ` " somewhere but I just can't find it.
Also this my Arch has been running fine since I accidentally resized my EXT4 (reinstall followed, now with BTRFS) I still can't find a proper installation for BTRFS for snapshotting. I have the root partition and all seems to be fine, but my brain logic doesn't follow that when should I create the subvolumes. I've wandered endlessly through the documents and there seems to be no beginners tutorial for subvolume layout.
Also my cryptswap has suddenly stopped working. Swap works fine though. ``` grep FAILED boot.log ``` says
[FAILED] Failed to start Cryptography Setup for swap.
[FAILED] Failed to start Generate shutdown-ramfs.
I don't want my private data to be easily lifted from swap.
and cherry on cake.
My audio works half way.
No audio in any output unless I switch to unsupported output (like 5.1 on headphones) and back. Then it works.
I'm really out of places to find my failures so I came to Newbies corner pleading for help.
Microsoft and it's operating systems have been long gone from my life for almost a year now.

Yeah I was reading the journalctl -b and I saw some old downloaded games there so I if you're ok seeing my 15 year old Warez then I can post it. It kind of erases the purpose if I begin to censor the journal.

Also RSYNCing my old Archive HDD to a new one so that's probably why they're there.

Omnibus threads are discouraged, please create one topic per distinct issue and try to provide more details to the relevant problem you're having in each of them.
We probably don't care that much about some warez as long as they are not the topic of the question you have and rather have an unaltered journal than critiical information potentially missing due to a misguided censor attempt.

Point taken. I'm going to create a thread about the audio problems since it's the one that grinds my gears,
