[SOLVED] Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 audio device missing

After new arch linux installation I've got into a sound problem - it was missing right after KDE installation (motherboard pings in TTY were present, obviously).

After some research (I'm not really experienced in audio debugging), I've found that not only doesn't ALSA detect the appropriate working card, but also I can't find when doing `lspci`.

The thing is that I can find a GPU audio controller, but it seems like it's just a regular playback one, which doesn't practically work (no sounds from firefox and `speaker-test`).

All those devices are just the nvidia card, lspci does show the correct audio card however. Do you lack sof-firmware? Output of

Yeah, i think it is the issue here. So you are saying that installing sof-firmware package will fix it?
