[SOLVED] Linux 6.16.2 has broken standby on my AMD system

Hello, since kernel 6.16.2, I cannot initiate standby anymore: My monitor gets black, but the system won’t turn into sleep mode, I can see some SSD activity on the LED and it’s impossible to 'wake up' from this state, trying to switch to a different tty doesn’t help.
6.16.1 was the last working version. The issue is still present on 6.16.4.
AMD Ryzen 3700X on Asus ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING with a Radeon RX 5700 XT.

Do I need to bisect this or might there another path…? If bisecting is the only way, could you please help me with precompiles?
