Dual boot Arch + Windows – GRUB rescue mode, firmware won’t keep Linux

I tried dual booting arch linux on a new partition. I followed https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Dual_boot_with_Windows and cross checked with https://youtu.be/1J_Z_pzzbMo?si=9fpqcqLFZMfo97Mg (both matched). But windows is remove grub as my first bootloader (output of efibootmgr -v -> https://0x0.st/KXVw.txt). I tried replacing windows boot manager with grub (cp /mnt/EFI/arch/grubx64.efi /mnt/EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi
) but then I got error "unknown file system, entering rescue mode". (i made backup of that windows boot manager though).
