Hi all,
Since ca. 2-3 weeks I observe a frequent lagging of my mouse on my PC (Ryzen 5900, RX6600M, 64GB RAM) as well as of my touchpad on my laptop (Ryzen 8840HS, 16GB RAM) after hours of work. A Reboot fixes this .. for a while.
Both are running KDE6 on Wayland (and beforehand X11) for one (laptop) or two (PC) Year/s flawlessly. The machines do neither have high CPU-loads, nor shortage of RAM. Input via graphic tablet does not have this issue.
Does anybody else observe this behavior? Has anybody maybe an idea, what loggings/parameters to look at, when the next lagging occurs?
Thanks & kind regards,
Peer

What kind of mouse? Proprietary wireless? In this case replugging the receiver might help to fix the lag.
