Chromium --force-device-scale-factor is bugged in 140.0.x on Wayland

Just putting this here as a heads-up.

With latest 140.0.x releases (at least on Wayland native), when using '--force-device-scale-factor=x.x' as per [1], hovering over URLs results in tooltips appearing within the rendered web page thus interfering with usability. The tooltip normally appears just above the bottom edge. There is an upstream ticket at [2]. I've had to temporarily stop using '--force-device-scale-factor=x.x` because of this.
