Rofi Failed to set locale

I've reinstalled arch a day ago, I'm currently reinstalling all my packages but rofi doesn't seem to work, I saw a bunch of forums about the exact same issue but I might be blind? I can't seem to see MY issue,
"rofi -show drun" gives out

(process:473379): Rofi-WARNING **: 19:39:44.372: Failed to set locale.

and locale -a, localectl, grep -v ^# /etc/locale.gen gives out those

[x ~]$ grep -v ^# /etc/locale.gen
fr_FR.UTF-8 UTF-8  
ru_RU.UTF-8 UTF-8  
en_US.UTF-8 UTF-8
[x  ~]$ locale -a
locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_COLLATE to default locale: No such file or directory
C
C.utf8
POSIX
en_US.utf8
fr_FR.utf8
ru_RU.utf8
[x ~]$ localectl
System Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTC-8
               LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8
    VC Keymap: (unset)             
   X11 Layout: (unset) 

I'm trying to use the French one

I'm afraid so

LANG=fr_FR.UTC-8
