I have a hdd-usb enclosure.
recently (last month or two months) after attacking usb drive to laptop when I click on the device icon on dolphin app the device connect fast.
but when I use "disk & devices" it says "checking" then after a while it say "you are not authorized to moun this device"
both are capable of unmounting it.
but my other usb devices don't have that issue.
is is because the device is formatted as btrfs?

Provide the context. What is “Disk & devices”?
The probable cause is that Dolphin uses Udisks, while that other program (yet unidentified) tries to use a different mounting method. Like `mount` with root privileges, but failing to produce the authentication dialog. In the latter case system journal may shine some light one the situation.

I tried to put it in the title and I forgot to put it in post.
