I have been using arch linux for about 1-2 months now without any problems. My mouse does not work anymore for some reason even though it use to work. I dual booted arch with windows and my mouse works on windows so the mouse is not broken. Although recently windows has not been booting properly (it gets stuck on the wallpaper page when u first turn your pc on and occasionally goes to a black screen with a loading symbol in the middle then goes back to the wallpaper, mouse still works though). My mouse is the BloodyA70 Light strike. What is happening when i say my mouse is not working is, it is flashing on and off constantly and nothing happens when I click or move it. sorry for bad english

Disable it (it's NOT the BIOS setting!) and reboot windows and linux twice for voodo reasons.
Does windows boot properly if you remove the mouse?
