Black screen after putting laptop to sleep or closing the lid.

No cursor or anything else. Just a black screen. I looked through all the other posts about this issue, but couldn't find a solution that works for me. I have to force shutdown my laptop by long-pressing the power button to make the device work again. I ran this command

 sudo journalctl -b -1 -p 3

and got this output:

I had a similar problem on the same laptop with identical specifications, which I resolved by using a workaround: setting intel_idle.max_cstate=4 in the GRUB kernel parameters and then rebuilding the GRUB configuration. However, this caused an issue where the fans kept running and the PC heated up even during suspend. I still haven't found any solution for that.
