Add new info to QEMU#Enabling_Secure_Boot

Hi. Recently I've been maintaining the AUR package edk2-ovmf-fedora-bin that installs Fedora's version of its edk2-ovmf package & enable Secure Boot on QEMU virtual machines (particularly needed to install Windows 11 on any system, either real or virtual machine).

This package is relevant, as currently Arch Linux edk2-ovmf package (containing BIOS & UEFI firmware files for QEMU) isn't pre-configured with Secure Boot, as can be read in the Arch Wiki QEMU#Enabling_Secure_Boot.

One of the workarounds mentioned in this section is to download the edk2-ovmf from Fedora's repositories, extract it & put it in the relevant system folders for use in QEMU.

I kindly suggest to include my maintained AUR package in this Wiki page/section, as an alternative from doing all that manual work and minimize user error. Plus, I'll make sure to keep this package up-to-date to the latest Fedora version available to receive any bug fixes & patches from Fedora itself.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
