RTX 3050 not powering off when not in use.

Hello everyone,
I recently bought a new laptop (the HP Victus 15), and have spent the last 2 days trying to setup PRIME on it. I followed this tutorial (https://armujahid.me/blog/linux-poor-ba … aphics-fix), which is quite similar to all the info on this issue, but my graphics card still stays in D0 power_state.
