MediaTek mt7922 chipset. Problem with installing Arch

I am totally new to GNU/Linux, so please, be gentle, i am a virgin.

I was trying to install Arch literally couple hours ago using USB drive, but i have this cursed MediaTek mt7922 chipset on my laptop. When i was trying to connect to WI-FI using iwctl - i was cockblocked at device list command:

     $ iwctl
     [iwd]# device list.

So, when i typed it - i got no devices. Also i have tried using "mt7922", "wlan0" and "asus-wlan" as device names to connect to internet.
Searched all over the internet and tried everything, but nothing worked for my case. And i dont have ethernet (no port on my laptop).

Or, if that's easier then getting access to another image, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Tethering
