I followed the arch wiki's guide to install pipewire and alsa. I think I missed a step or two. The right side of my headphone isn't working, and my mic is not detected in games and software.
My DE is hyprland, barely configured. I tested mic on OBS and a game called Peak, which is launched through steam. The right side of my headphone is not working systemwide. I tested it on another computer, headphone is fine. I checked alsamixer. All channels( right word?) are balanced (Left Right values are all equal).
When I unplug the headphone and use my laptops own speakers, the left right issue disappears.
My laptop is Asus G513 IC, and my headphone is from steel series, it connects through a jack plug.
I don't know how I may give information besides my system information and alsamixer, so please tell me what commands to run in order to give you information. I am apologizing beforehand.
If someone could explain how all this works a bit simpler, I'd be glad. Arch wiki is too deep for my new-to-Linux brain to understand. I had used arch before, but I did so using the archinstall script.

I somehow managed to get the sound system to work! I uninstalled and then reinstalled everything, reconfigured everything and rebooted. I knew I missed a package.
