Hi, Since my office is replacing their computer infrastructure, we were free to take any pc, I took lenovo v50t-13imb with intel 10th gen processor. I want to install archlinux on it, Just a quick question, does archlinux support the 10th gen processors without any issues if I install gnome or kde DE?

the more correct question you should ask your IT staff: "will you unlock the uefi / clear the password - or at least give it to me?" - as arch does NOT support secureboot out of the box - and as your infrastructure likely runs windows it's fair to assume that secureboot is enabled - and without access to the uefi you're unable to unlock it
so - it's not about the hardware - but rather if they will give it to you in a state you can even use it with anything else than windows
also: as these are business systems: don'T expect any support from lenovo

It's going to work in any intel processor from any I3,i5,i7 or i9 generation. Probably is going to work in any 64 bit processor, but not sure about that 100%.
But as Cryptearth said you should look into that, if they have as rule to use secure boot then you will need to delete the windows key and put a new one with Linux. Also remember that some newer think pads [I know you are not buying a think pad but hey, it's lenovo based] came with a chip that detects if the computer is running a secure version of windows or not, which is called Pluton chip, so you need to see if the computer does have the Pluton chip, because if it have it then it's going to be a little more harder to put linux on it probably.
For secure boot things check this link: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Unifie … ecure_Boot
and for firmware updates check this link: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Fwupd
If the IT team is friendly and based, then probably can handle the thing, but if not then they are going to tell you something like: Hey why not a mac M4 to run LLMs locally with his shared memory thing ? come on please don't make hour job harder, pick the M4 one please, you can have a window manager with yabai or AeroSpace, please pick the mac one Brew is almost like the AUR, pleeeeeaaaseee T______T .

For Intel and AMD x86 chips, you basically don't have to worry about CPU support for normal desktop usage. Even on the newest models, things should work properly. In the case of 10th gen Intel, which has been out for several years, you should have no issues at all with the CPU and platform. You are much more likely to run into issues with GPU compatibility or other peripherals.
