scx_sched, lavd, BPF Permission Denied on Linux-zen 6.17

Hey guys.

I'm using the latest zen Kernel and also the latest scx_sched Package, which is currently in the testing branch.
I configured SCX like its written on this website:
https://wiki.cachyos.org/de/configuration/sched-ext/

I'm using the lavd module. When I start scx_loader or by hand "sudo scx_lavd -v", I get this error message:

-- END PROG LOAD LOG --

19:08:35 [WARN] libbpf: prog 'lavd_select_cpu': failed to load: -EACCES

19:08:35 [WARN] libbpf: failed to load object 'bpf_bpf'

19:08:35 [WARN] libbpf: failed to load BPF skeleton 'bpf_bpf': -EACCES

Error: Failed to load BPF program

Caused by:
    Permission denied (os error 13)

Of course the sched is not loaded. I tried it with different sheds and have always the same problem.
Do you have any idea how to fix that? It worked with previous <Linux-6.17 Kernels.

The bpf and libbpf packages are installed.

Thank you.

PS: it doesn't work with the stable marked version of the scx_sched package either

Good Morning.

I see, that there is already on Github an issue about that opened:
