Hi,
My Lenovo Legion laptop itself reboot at least ones per day, sometime twice.
In most cases when idling, sometime in middle of the work.
Based on my research looks like cooling fan and sensors are not set up properly, or some BIOS set up needs to be done.
I have other mini PC with similar AMD processor that fan speed depend on CPU load, and fan speed is in sync with PC load, it use same Arch OS.
In 90% of the itself reboot there is no specific action or application that is used, so no patterns.
I only notice that fan is not working by that time, usually this PC is not noisy and does not run hot at least from outside.
Here are some hardware details:

Hi, ... In most cases when idling
Hi. disable all suspend/hibernate/sleep stuff and related systemd services/targets.
put cpu to some other PM governor. Try all governors as default.
if there is windows aside on same disk; disable fastboot there.
look at previous self-reboot boot journal for any tips.( search for patterns there eg err, fail ...)
change BIOS PM settings if any, take not it.
disable frequency boost.(wild quess)
