I need to install CCS version 12.6.0 however when trying to resolve it requiring old libraries, i got stuck on trying to get libgconf-2.so.4.
pacman does not have gconf, and the other forums ive looked at have not worked for me.
Please help.

OP, it's always nice to see people solve an issue, but future users with similar issues would benefit if you described how you solved it.
(A thank you for those that helped would also be nice)
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

Fwwi, while it's generally good etiquette to say thank you, I *personally* don't really care about such platitudes.
