light-locker is momentarily showing password on wake

Hi all,

I have a docked (Amazon Basics Thunderbolt 4) laptop (Lenovo Carbon X1 Gen 13) with two external screens. When I come back to my desk and shake the mouse the laptop screen wakes, momentarily shows my password in the upper left corner, then that disappears and the lock screen is prompting me for the password to unlock.

Don't get me wrong, I'm an older guy so I can use the friendly reminder but ...what the hell have I done to deserve this?
Anybody else seeing this?
