Asking help for Gitlab Arch Linux

Hello everyone, I didn't know where to post this, so I'm putting it here.

As the administrator of the website “syxpi.fr,” I no longer have access to my 2FA code for gitlab.archlinux.org. I've sent a dozen emails, but still nothing.

It's like support isn't helping me at all, if support ignoring me.

I've followed up about ten times, but still nothing.

Gromit responded to my first ticket, I replied, but I never got a response.

So I'm coming here to see what I can do, since they're no longer responding to tickets at all. ;-;

Re: Asking help for Gitlab Arch Linux

Where did you send your dozen emails to? You should send it to  accountsupport@archlinux.org and from what I've seen at least gromit is usually very active on handling those, he might see it here as well.

Note that some of the Arch infrastructure has been under a continued DDoS attack in recent weeks so maybe priorities are elsewhere currently.

Re: Asking help for Gitlab Arch Linux

I have been considerably active with regards to handling the signup requests, not so much with the 2FA resets (as they are rather gnarly to deal with) and I'm really sorry that we have left syxpi and others hanging.

I'll ask for some help within the DevOps team .. hmm smile

I sent them to "accountsupport@archlinux.org.”
There were several months between each email; I can even provide all the dates if necessary.

Same here, that was back in April and no response yet.
But good to know, they're actually handling those, so there might still be hope.

Re: Asking help for Gitlab Arch Linux

Same here. My request to either reset my 2FA or delete my gitlab account has been ignored for two months.
