Access to Arch website but can't get into the Arch Wiki [Solved]

Appologies upfront if this isnt in the correct place.

My wired network settings for IPv4 are Automatic DHCP. My DNS is 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1 Cloudflare's free Domain Name System (DNS) service. (I've tried IPv4 on Auto DNS and this produces the same result.) IPv6 everything is on Auto.

My outward facing IP seems to be fine, doesn't appear to be blacklisted anywhere.

Checking with whatismyipaddress, I get the result below:

IPv6: Not detected (Is this a problem?)

I'm with RSAWEB in Cape Town SA. I'm at a loss perhaps someone can steer me in the right direction.

You're aware that the first number will indicate your ISP and there're probably not that many in ZA?

Don't post any parts of your WAN IP if you don't want to dox yourself.

What's the output of

You're making it to the hetznerverse - the next hop (the one that in the end doesn't respond) would be wiki.archlinux.org
Do you have access to a VPN?

You might want to ping https://bbs.archlinux.org/profile.php?id=156813 about this, looks like you're blocked (maybe inherited a blocked WAN IP, you could also try to just reconnect w/ your ISP to get a new IP)

Reset my ONT and the IP Address hasn't changed unfortunately, so the problem still exists. I can access the Wiki with no problems at all on my mobile phone using my data. So it follows that somewhere along the line there is a problem at one of the ISPs. Thanks again.

In doubt send your WAN IP to accountsupport@archlinux.org and ask for this to be looked into.

Christian Heusel (@gromit) <gitlab@gitlab.archlinux.org> very kindly sorted my problem. My IP was unbanned and my life is back to normal. I am having exactly the same issue. Same ping and traceroute results.
Just dropped an email to accountsupport@archlinux.org. Fingers crossed.
