Gnome Files/Nautilus 49 icon broken

Desktop: Sway

All "blue" adwaita icons turned grey, and some icons are missing.
It happened after a Syyu (~1mon ago), I tried

doas gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders --update-cache

I also tried to remove ~/.cache, but nothing happened.

here's the output of

strace -o nautilus.strace nautilus
grep open nautilus.strace

from which it seems that it is using hicolor theme instead of Adwaita.

but:

fixed by installing xdg-desktop-portal-gtk
