vmlinuz gone after pacman -Syu

Even this is my first post, i have been in the arch world some time ago, already installed in 3 machines, i cant say im a newbie anymore, still at the moment i feel like one. The first problem happened with my laptop. after I did a pacman -Syu it came asking me if i wanted to change the kernel-scsi for kernel, and other like cdrtools. Then supose after the upgrade of all packages it marked me that the packages were already installed, so after a restart my computer came with Error 15 at grub, file not found...

I had read that vmlinuz changed to vmlinuz26, that is not in /boot/vmlinuz26, but at /vmlinuz26 in other posts, but not luck with any change,

Find command from grub doesnt find vmlinuz or vmlinuz anyplace,

Any idea ? sad

Re: vmlinuz gone after pacman -Syu

My /boot/grub/menu.lst contains

kernel /boot/vmlinuz26 root=/dev/whatever ro
initrd /boot/kernel26.img

Maybe it is your initrd line that grub objects to?
