Install stuck on d-bus

TLDR; install boot looping d-bus

end of tldr!

some context...: tried irc help, read tons of articles. even wrote a python script to help install it.

Hi! I am installing and got stuck during boot process. It keeps starting/started/starting... D-Bus, sometimes '[OK] delete temp files'.
I am dual-booting with windows. I believe i am in the init/systemd phase? and cant gettty maybe, dk...
Please help! windows is slow as crap! and while last time it was hard enough with usb install, now with 'install arch from exist linux, arch-install-scripts manual mount --bind' got me stuck. so close!!!

Looking forward to some convo, i.e. clarification or if u need more non-pii details. Thank you guys!

Does booting the install iso still work ?

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
