Why do I get 4 same emails for AUR Requests communication

whenever I report a package to the maintainers, I usually receive four emails when a maintainer sends a response. 
They are identical to each other and arrive at the same time.
I use an email alias for my AUR account, so I’m curious whether this is an issue specific to my mozmail alias account or this is just how it is supposed to be

have a look at the mails headers - specifically at the "received" lines - they may hint to re-sending by some mail server it passes through

This doesn't happen when I am replied to on the bbs forum. Both AUR and Forum have the same email alias.

Are you subscribed to aur-requests perhaps? I would expect one answer to the list and one to your AUR account.
