avidemux and 'mplayer eq2' filter

Hi all,
I stumbled over a Avidemux. Does the filter 'mplayer eq2' actually  turn video a rose  or redish color? I ask because it looks like it might in the prview window- (the video seems to have red tint). Or

never mind-apparen'tly "The Red Tinted Video Effect " is a known oddity and that at the avidemux home page forums also ran into the same oddity.
(the threads basicly say to see if a svn a install might work better for you- so I did and it does)
