No feedback for 2 Weeks of flagged package fix

Hey there,
I contributed the first time to the Arch Linux package repository,
submitting a patch that removes fixes that aren't needed with the new version.
The package has been flagged and a merge request has been opened,
but it had been quiet for 2 weeks now since I opened it.
It is allowed/wanted to tag the maintainers (I didn't do that yet because it felt kinda rude)
or is there something else I'm missing?
I'm sorry if I'm stressing too much, and thanks a lot in advance.

Johannes

(btw the package is the Odin package in the extra repos)

Re: No feedback for 2 Weeks of flagged package fix

The package does not have any maintainers, so there is no one that you could tag in the MR. See https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/odin/:

Maintainers:     Orphan

Re: No feedback for 2 Weeks of flagged package fix

Ohhh ok I thought since in the PKGBUILD Alexander F. Rødseth <xyproto@archlinux.org> was still listed that he was maintaining it.
Since it's orphaned, is there a possibility to get the change/update merged? And if there is how?

You adopt it and fix it yourself.

Edit: Wait, I thought we were talkikng AUR from this section. Ignore.

Re: No feedback for 2 Weeks of flagged package fix

Ok, thanks a lot smile,
but may I ask If there will be future fixes/updates since the package is still orphaned what would be the proper way to go about it,
Will they just be pending, should I just keep to local updates, or what would be the way to go?

I'm still new to this whole topic, so I'm sorry if this question is redundant or doesn't make sense.
