IdeaPad Flex 5 sometimes hangs after suspend

Sometimes, but not always, my 81X2 IdeaPad Flex 5 14ARE05 laptop will hang after it is suspended and refuses to wake up. When this happens the fans spin up really loudly and it just shows a black screen. Usually this happens after shutting the lid, but it's happened other times as well. My only option when this happens is to force shutdown the laptop by holding the power button. I had to get the screen replaced a while ago, but I remember this issue happening even before then. The last time this happened was just over an hour ago, and the only packages that were updated since then were discord and freecell-solver. My desktop environment is Plasma 6.5.3, and my kernel is 6.17.8-arch1-1. These are the journalctl logs for the last time this happened, from closing the lid to force shutdown:

Based on the amdgpu errors I assume it's either a hardware or a driver issue with the Radeon Vega GPU. rudametw in this forum post describes a similar issue but they haven't been able to find a solution. Looking up the amdgpu errors produced few results, almost none of which were similar to the issues I'm having and none of which provided a clear solution. Has anyone else encountered something similar?
