how to regenerate bashrc file

I accidentally removed .bashrc file. I have being reading https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Bash. But I still want to know is there any the right way to regenerate .bashrc file in my home directory.
something like: $ bash --config ..., just an example. sorry if it is duplicated question.

The bash package installs a default .bashrc in /etc/skel; a starting point, at least.
