Discover Notifier is repeadly crashing [SOLVED]

KDE Plasma 6.5.3
Suddenly I'm getting my taskbar filled with repeated bug requests for "Discovery Notifier has closed unexpectedly"
My computer is ramping up , btop shows a process called gbd using 9.7 G

I have no idea how to trouble shoot this. Google was not my friend.

Workaround:

sudo mv /usr/lib/DiscoverNotifier /usr/lib/DiscoverNotifier.disabled

rm -r ~/.cache/kservices6 2>/dev/null
rm -r ~/.cache/ksycoca6_* 2>/dev/null

Sudo pacman -S discover 
rm -r ~/.cache/discover  
rm ~/.config/discoverrc
