I looked up n8n icon, found one that was good, and downloaded it. My goal with putting it in a folder called n8n and then the icon is to have an n8n.desktop shortcut ready so I can double click and it runs it without me going to the terminal. The icon was to put it the .desktop file.
I didn't do any other changes to it.

Try to restore the status quo ante but using the actual png.
If this does not exhibit the previous behavior, file a bug at bugs.kde.org - the icon is bogus-ish, but that's not an excuse to go OOM (and from what I can tell it's not a Qt bug, problem is gonna be the code that renders the icon)

Yeah! I'll remove the icon! It has mostly returned back to normal, but i'll continue to monitor it to see if anything else needs to be done!
