Updates to makepkg with pacman3?

Is makepkg being updated along with pacman3? If not is someone willing to accept patches? The way that auto-installed deps are handled in case of an error is awful.

I'd recommend you check out the pacman-dev mailing list (as well as the archives) - it's all discussed there. Also, take a look at the pacman cvs repo: http://cvs.archlinux.org/cgi-bin/viewcv … oot=Pacman

OK - that's a big yes. I'll wait and see what pacman3 brings I think
