Correcting top section of PKGBUILD to follow AUR submission guidelines

Hello, I'm beginner AUR pkgbuild submitter and I have a simple question, that may sound a bit silly.

I want to follow AUR submission guidelines and write my e-mail as follows `# Maintainer: whiteman808 <whiteman808 at paraboletancza dot org>`. Is it okay to change every comment at the top section to follow the style `# Contributor: someone <someone at example dot com>` instead of `# Contributor: someone <someone@example.com>` if I find other comments follow the second schema?

Should dot at e-mail username (example: addresspart1.addresspart2 at domain dot tld) be also be changed to literal dot word if I want to follow AUR submission guidelines?

The main reason to use that format was to protect against spam emails, but spam tools have been able to deal with such obfuscation for years.

I've stopped using that method for aur packages long ago and rely on other methods like using multiple email addresses.
My email client is also setup with customized filtering rules for my inboxes.

You can also use "æt" "døt" just for fun, but yes, the crawlers will be able to identify what humans can identify - even before the entire AI thing
