I don't know when this problem started since I don't often use audio on my laptop and have it on mute, and as such cannot determine the cause, but it has been going on for at least 2 weeks. Previously I have been able to use the internal speaker and microphone with no issue.
I am using pipewire and my desktop environment is KDE Plasma.
Upon running pavucontrol no input devices are detected and the only output device is "Dummy audio". It seems no sound card is detected either.
Here are the results of some commands; please tell me if there is any more information I should provide :D

Did I upload the right link? I'm not sure what to do; I'm still having the issue.
