xfce4 menu popup delay

Is there a way to reduce the delay in xfce4 menu popup. Many WM like fvwm seems fast because of no delay in menu popup (they are fast otherwise too).

Add gtk-menu-popup-delay = 0 to your ~/.gtkrc-2.0
