wcslib doing "warning: directory permissions differ" on system folders

Hello,

after last packages upgrade, also the wcslib has been upgraded.
However, the output was like this:

warning: directory permissions differ on /usr/lib/

I'm skeptical about it, whether this package should offer this kind of system folder permissions.
What do you think?

Maybe because the filesystem package sets 755 for those folders and the filesystem package is where archlinux defaults for such permissions are set ?
