hplip-plugin can not be installed

When I try to install hplip-plugin I get this message: hplip-3.25.8-plugin.run file does not match its checksum. File may have been corrupted or altered.
I tried it with HP-Device-Manager, both: download from HP authorised server and manually downloaded file and install it from the AUR.

Re: hplip-plugin can not be installed

hp apparently silently updates and invalidates checksums  occasionally, so you should note the pinned comment on the AUR page https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/hpli … nt-1037318

Moving to AUR issues

Also FWIW, what's your exact printer model, are you sure you need this? Most moderately modern printers can do driverless printing via IPP
