[Solved] How to uninstall Gnome.

I've had issues with Gnome. Literally each load-up is a 50/50 (ok more 90/10) of whether my system will load up since Gnome decided to break my images.

How do I uninstall everything Gnome so I don't have to deal with my system being broken?

Related, since my image path is broken too: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=261143

(The linked post is largely off-topic and doesn't help) Please I want all the stuff which breaks my system (Gnome) off my system.

(I'm a noob, but happy to provide any logs which will help. Please just ask me to execute a program and I will.)

Re: [Solved] How to uninstall Gnome.

What "gnome"?
How does "gnome" prevent the system from "loading"? Are you booting to GDM?

pacman -Rs gnome

Will attempt to remove everything from the gnome group, some items you might want to keep (notably adwaita and gsettings*) so DO NOT CASCADE THAT!

https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=261143 is about gdk-pixbuf2, you might run into trouble w/ the glycin bullshit there, but gdk-pixbuf2 is used by A LOT of packages.
You might opt to hold an old, glycin-free version or use https://aur.archlinux.org/packages?O=0&K=noglycin
