Only mic with bluetooth headset

Hi everybody.. I've just connect my HS-56W nokia bluletooth headset to my arch.. But there is something wrong.
there is the connetction:

I thinked that it's ok.. but i couldn't ear anything from the headset. I tried "alsamixer -c 1" and turn on all the stuff and set to max all volume.. but nothing.
I start skype, set the audio device (usig alsa) to BT Headset in audio in, audio out and ringing.. but i can't ear anythisg.. otherwise my fried of skype can ear what i'm telling him!.  It's look strange, but i can't resolve the problem.. any suggestion?? HELP!

How can i use channel 10 to connect rfcomm? I read somewhere tht nokia use this channel...
