Tweaked libinput: Additional Configuration Options

I've created a modified build of libinput that adds a few extra configuration features not available in the official version. These enhancements are aimed at giving users more control over scrolling behavior, drag gestures, and palm detection.

Features

Scroll speed configuration (via multiplier)

Drag options (Disabled / 3-finger / 4-finger)

Palm rejection toggle (Disabled / Enabled)

Tweaked scroll behavior and parameters

It hard to tell what you actually changed based on the final code base.

I assume security is of prime interest to a lot of people and providing a diff would clearly show exactly what you changed.

Thought about that?
