[SOLVED] After update I got artefacts and blinking on the screen

WM is Xfce on xorg

$ lspci | grep -E 'VGA|Display'
07:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GP108 [GeForce GT 1030] (rev a1)

This downgade solves the problem

linux-lts (6.12.63-1 -> 6.12.61-1)
nvidia-utils (580.119.02-1 -> 580.105.08-5)
nvidia-lts (1:580.119.02-3 -> 1:580.105.08-6)
