sudo pacman -Scc

error: could not remove /var/cache/pacman/pkg/download-ABawgh: Is a directoryThat never happened before....
And these are empty directories with ownership like this:
drwx------ 2 alpm alpm 4.0K Dec 16 08:57 download-ABawghAnd must be manually deleted like "sudo rmdir download-ABawgh/" before pacman stops throwing errors.

This is a left over directory from cancelling a download in pacman-7.0. Once you have deleted it, they should never be left behind again.

Mm. I'm using yay, and I'm pretty shure yay are making new ones. Seems it happens when a AUR packages are updated. But I have to look into that later. Tired now. Anyway I will have to report that elsewhere, incase....

It appears this was a new regression introduced in pacman-7.1.0 - seems the patch fixed one bug and made a worse one!
