Speaker keep resetting physical volume state when machine turn off

I have a SoundMax SB-201 speaker and whenever i poweroff the system next time i turn on it shout loudly "Line In Mode" and reset the physical volume state of it self (which is quite loud). I have installed all the pipewire related packages, i notice that this happen when i either dual boot or run Linux only and doesn't happen when I'm using Window. Anyone with experience can help with this? Much thank you!

Additional context is reboot don't cause this problem, and each time i poweroff and poweron again i have to fastly turn down the notch so it don't hurt my ear
